How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for delivery fulfillment. As a small business run by one person with occasional help, we process orders in batches to meet the minimum shipping quotas required by our courier service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Do you ship to – ?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location. Please note that certain limitations to where we are able to ship may apply due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or geopolitical events.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not accept changes to your order. However, if you wish to cancel your order or would like to change addresses, please contact us immediately before it is processed. Once an order has been packed and is ready to ship, it cannot be canceled. Please note that any refunds will exclude processing fees charged by the payment service platform (e.g., PayPal fees, etc.).
Where is the tracking number?
You will receive another email with the tracking number the moment your order has been processed and shipped out.
