Product information

While we try to provide measurements and descriptions on all products as accurately as possible, please accept that there may be some slight variations in color and sizes due to differences in monitor settings and the mass production process.

Pricing

The currency used on our store page is USD. We accept PayPal and Stripe as payment methods.

Shipping and Tracking

All items are packed and shipped from Singapore. The estimated shipping duration is anywhere from 7 to 14 days. (Please allow for a month’s leeway in case of holidays and other delays that might occur.)

Depending on your location, any additional VAT and Tax charges will be charged to the recipient.

All packages are shipped out with a tracking number. Sherms no Kamishibai Ya is not liable for any lost or stolen mail once the package is shipped out. Please contact your local mail provider if you have any concerns about your package during the delivery phase.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order has the correct shipping address and contact details. If an order is returned due to a mistake on the customer’s part, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake in your order or if you have missing items. Please contact me at shermsdraws@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Damaged or Defective Items

All orders are personally quality checked and packed by Sherms or by a trusted assistant packer. Sherms no Kamishibai Ya is not liable for any items damaged in transit and any shipping damages are the responsibility of the carrier.

If you think the items were defective from the start, feel free to send us an email with some photos and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Items with the Pre-Order status

Merchandise labeled as ‘pre-order’ refers to items that have not yet been manufactured and are still in the sample phase. These items will require an additional 1-2 months of wait time.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your package will be shipped once all pre-order items have arrived.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks and logos, unless otherwise stated, are the intellectual property of Sherms no Kamishibai Ya and may not be used without permission.
