Please take note of the following Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) fees and the countries associated with them. The following will take effect from 1 November 2026. All fees as per below are subject to change without notice.

1. Countries with Fixed Pre-Paid Taxes & Fees (PDDP)

Applies to: Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, France (including Monaco & Andorra), Germany, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Slovakia and Sweden.

Because tax rules across these 10 countries are too complex and constantly changing, we are using one fixed fee structure based on Denmark’s rates.

The fee is US$20 + 43.75% of your total order.

How it’s calculated:

Customs Fee: Fixed at 15% (a middle ground between the typical 12%–17%).

VAT (Tax): Fixed at 25% (benchmarked to Denmark’s flat rate, customs fees are also taxed).

Handling Fee: Fixed at US$20 (€18, a middle ground for postal service processing fees).

2. Countries Where You Pay Taxes Upon Delivery

Applies to: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Northern Ireland.

We do not collect any taxes or customs fees at checkout for these countries. Your local postal service will collect all taxes and fees directly from you when your order arrives.

3. Countries with Restricted Order Limits

Applies to: Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain.

These countries only allow pre-paid taxes on orders under €150. To avoid currency exchange fluctuations accidentally pushing your order over that limit and causing you to get charged twice, orders to these countries are capped at a maximum of $140 USD.

The fee is also US$20 + 43.75% of your total order.
